Each week we dial into an hour long live and interactive video session using Microsoft Teams. These lessons include teachings and mindfulness practices led by an experienced facilitator. This will be followed by audio recordings and reading to support you in-between sessions.
Not to worry if you haven't used Teams before. It is free for you to download, and is an easy to navigate simple programme for us to use. I will of course talk you through any technical difficulties! It can also be used on your laptop, mobile phone, or tablet.
