A course for Men

 

Why don’t as many men practice mindfulness and how can mindfulness help us as men?

Do you want to learn how you can be the best version of yourself? 

 

Sitting around a small fire sharing some light food, we will explore these questions and more, together as men.

 

We look at what gets in the way of us being our best. We look at how to be the man we want to be, rather than the one we are through conditioning.

This is a completely unique course for men, covering mindfulness, masculinity, the modern day male, and tools and techniques based on the latest research in mindfulness and psychology. This is not just a mindfulness course.

Runs each Thursday from 6.30pm-7.45pm for 5 weeks. Starting 4th July 2019. We will hold this in an outdoor location in the Poole/Bournemouth area. The post code is BH11 9JW.
