Why don’t as many men practice mindfulness?

How can mindfulness help us as men?

Do you want to learn evidence-based practices for developing your self-awareness?

You do want to reduce stress?

Mindfulness is an ancient practice that has been modernised for the contemporary person. Around 70% of men report that they don't have someone to talk about about what is really going on in their lives. This is a completely unique course for men, covering mindfulness, masculinity, the modern day male, and tools and techniques based on the latest research in mindfulness and psychology. Men use mindfulness all the time helping them to improve sporting performance. Find out how to improve your life. To read more about why we are offering a men's course, read our blog here. This is not just an ordinary mindfulness course.
